We cannot accept refunds on an unwanted item. However we can assist if items is faulty or broken.
Broken Items from mail
Damaged or lost packages need to be claimed via the local Postal for compensation. EMS typically covers a limited insurance amount and SAL/small packet with tracking covers up to 6000 yen.
We can assist with this claim so please contact us so we may refund the insurance to you if sucessful.
If the item is faulty, please first contact us by e-mail. We may need to ask detailed information on the condition (to determine mail or manufacturing issue) and provide some troubleshooting if needed.
If the item is identified as broken, we will either arrange replacement or we will organise repair or replacement at the manufacturer.
Shipping to us for this needs to be paid by the customer. We will send the item back to you after repaired and tested at our cost.
